No prior experience in any martial arts or self defense is necessary to participate in FightLab training. While some physical fitness is required, each session is individually tailored to the participant.
No equipment is required, we bring everything you will need to each training session. However, as you progress you might wish to purchase your own personal use equipment such as boxing gloves or MMA gloves. Feel free to ask your instructor for recommendation's on equipment that will suit your needs.
Partner and small group training is highly encouraged. This type of training allows you to learn to work together as a team and increase your odds in a violent encounter. Please enquire about custom partner or small group training packages.
