Instructors

Carlos is a lifelong martial artist who began training in Karate and Tae Kwon Do from a young age. It wasn't until he discovered boxing while studying medicine in Guadalajara Mexico that he found a true passion for combat sports. 

Upon his return to the US, he was introduced to Reaity Baed Self Defense, a system that addressed real world violence involving weapons and multiple attackers. Carlos' thirst for knowledge then lead him to Muay Thai, where he further developed concepts that would eventually become FightLab.

He believes an instructor never stops learning and never stops presenting new ideas to his students.
